ComHumanitas adopts the continuous publication system

Starting in 2024, ComHumanitas, a scientific journal of communication, has adopted the system of continuous publication. Through this mechanism, issues will remain open until the assigned period (January-April, May-August, September-December) is completed. This means that any article that passes peer review will be published immediately, without the need to wait for a specific date to schedule it.

In the era of the Anthropocene and climate change, sustainability has become a cross-cutting issue in the field of communication. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set a horizon for understanding how sustainability is a multi-sectoral fact, with implications for society, health, education, politics, risk management, the environment, etc.
In this issue, ComHumanitas proposes research and analysis of sustainability in areas that are interrelated with Communication. The readings from educommunication, political communication or commercial communication are the reflection of a category that requires a multidisciplinary approach.
